"Many thanks to Non-Stop Ukraine for the free advertising,» says Oleksii Babenko, founder of drone maker Vyriy Industries. In 2025, the NGO sent warnings to every branch of Ukraineʼs armed forces, alleging that Babenko was corrupt and urging them not to buy Vyriy drones. The commanders of those branches then went to the brigades to ask what was going on. «Every brigade said weʼre a great company with a great product. Our orders actually went up,» Babenko recalls.
In 2026, Non-Stop Ukraine launched a second wave. It sent complaints alleging that Vyriy had evaded taxes and laundered money to nearly 100 recipients, from the Prosecutor Generalʼs Office and the National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) to the Office of the President. In July, the NGO went to Kyivʼs Pechersk District Court, complaining that the State Bureau of Investigation (SBI) had failed to enter its report into the Unified Register of Pre-Trial Investigations. The judge rejected the complaint: by then, the SBI already had an open case into Vyriy.
